Ventilation Kit Plug & Play for Smart Roadster
PROJECT'S ORIGINS
When you were looking for a smart roadster you have probably seen many ads with compression losses or engine rebuilt around 100, 150 000 km.
The root cause of these issues, is high operating temperature which is accelerating deterioration of Valves, Piston rings or Pistons.
Indeed, smart roadster's engine is implanted in the rear, which is causing high temperature in the engine compartment (lack of air cooled).
VENTILATION SYSTEM MISSING ON SMART ROADSTER
In order to find a solution we benchmarked similar cars with same engine implantation.
All these cars are equipped by ventilation system in order to manage the temperature in engine compartment.
OUR SOLUTION
With this in mind, we developped a specific ventilation kit Plug & Play stand-alone for Smart Roadster. This kit is available for convertible (not coupé) with soft top or hard top roof. The ventilation system exhaust is adapted for véhicules equipped of original luggage rack.
